Think of the most annoying person in your life…and thank them.

Because they’re one of your greatest teachers.

Here’s why:

We are mirrors to one another.

It’s hard to view ourselves objectively.

It’s much easier to see character traits in other people. When someone annoys you, they’re drawing attention to your own life. Reflecting parts of your own personality that yearn for balance and attention.

This can show up in a few ways:

• Hate control freaks?

Where are you being unnecessarily fussy?

• Can’t stand selfish people?

How are you with personal boundaries?

• Annoyed by people who over promote themselves?

What part of you feels unseen or under appreciated?

In life, we are in constant flow of teaching and learning, giving and receiving.

All the world is our teacher.

Are you listening?
